Product Condition:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted.

Refund Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, contact service@heatherfashion.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Exclusions:

  • Sale items, clearance products, or items purchased through special promotions may be non-returnable or subject to specific conditions.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
